Together with a letter from, presumably, an aid to Prince Tokugawa, and naming the Prince within it,  thanking him for the postcards that Mr. Bramhall sent to him and mentioning that he had sent 8 in return and that his collection now numbered some 813 cards. The collection contains hand painted scenes of concubine's and scenery along with Japanese naval, military and domestic city scenes. The cards mentioned in the letter are not marked as such within the collection. Some 177 postcards in total.
